I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were very professional and their promotion of our room was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the metro station and airport shuttle. It was so convenient to explore the area, including IFC and Han River park. The breakfast buffet was of high quality and reasonably priced. the hotel is close to Hongdae and Gangnam, easily accessible by the express train of line. I would definitely come back here!

The hotel had a nice bathroom with a rainshower and a Japanese style toilet. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to Yoido Park and the IFC mall. The bus stops and Line 9 subway were right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room to a deluxe one. The location of the hotel was also great, being close to Yeoeuido park.
While the staff were friendly, it did take a long time to get things that the guests needed, such as calling in or changing rooms. Additionally, some of the items in the room seemed old and the sofa was a bit dirty.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the business district and just in front of the metro stop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. The room was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar. We were impressed by the soundproofed rooms and the free toiletries, and we were even able to do our laundry with the washing machine and cook our own meals with the provided cookware and electric kettle.

Located right next to the subway station, the hotel is in a convenient spot for exploring the city. Guests can easily access various attractions and amenities, such as Time Square shopping center, Yeouido Park, and bike rentals. the hotel is situated in a quiet and safe area, away from the typical tourist spots, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are well-designed with modern amenities, including state-of-the-art showers, comfortable bedding, and quality towels. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast to start the day off right.
The service standard of the hotel staff fell short. Some guests reported that the staff appeared aloof and unhelpful, lacking in friendliness and attentiveness.

Excellent service from the concierge, Jimmy K. He were pretty good too make us comfortable while we waited for our rooms. The hotel is clean, near the subway, and has good sights around. The staff are perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for cherry blossom viewing, close to subway. Comfy beds and modern facilities. Short walk to Yeouido Park and KBS. Easy access to HongDae area. Helpful and attentive staff, especially Mr. Eric Lee.
